After completing his PGCE in 2012, Paul has taught as a Primary School teacher for two years in England and four years in Thailand. He also spent 4 years in Sweden teaching Secondary English Language. Paul has held multiple middle-leadership roles including Computing Curriculum Coordinator, Head of English and Head of Languages. During the worldwide pandemic, Paul decided to continue his studies by completing the U.K National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordination (NASENCO). In 2022, he took up his first role as Whole School Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENDCO) before joining WCIB as a Learning Support Teacher. Paul is continuing his studies for the Certificate of Competence in Educational Testing & Access Arrangements course. "I feel a great sense of pride to be able to share my love of learning at Wellington College International Bangkok. I believe greatly in inclusivity and helping every student, no matter their strengths and weaknesses, to achieve their absolute maximum. As a Learning Support Teacher, I aim to support students that may face social or/and academic difficulties to thrive during their time at WCIB."
