Ms Phoebe Webster joined the Early Years team at Wellington College in August 2025. She is originally from Lincolnshire in the UK. Ms Webster graduated from the University of Leeds in 2008 with a BA(Hons) in Fine Art and Art History. She then completed her PGCE with a focus on Early Years and Inclusive Education, she also has QTS from the University of East London.  

Ms Webster has been teaching internationally for over ten years. Before joining Wellington, Ms Webster worked in a variety of teaching and leadership roles, from Early Years to Key Stage 2, including serving as the whole school Designated Safeguarding Lead, where she was responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.  

“As an educator, I am passionate about empowering children from their earliest years, providing them with the tools to feel confident in their individuality. By fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment, I aim to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning that will support them in navigating the world with independence, kindness, resilience, and a strong sense of self.”
