Mr Mark Kaye has taught at Wellington College Bangkok for the past three years joining in 2023, working with pupils in both Year 1 and Year 2. This year, he is excited to be returning to Year 1 as a class teacher and Year Group Leader. Prior to working at Wellington College, he worked in two other international schools in Bangkok for nine years, teaching across Key Stages 1 and 2.  

Mr Kaye graduated from Bath Spa University in 2008 with a combined honours degree in History and Drama studies. During his degree, Mr. Kaye often volunteered in his own local primary school and spent his weekends working at a theatre school for children. These experiences inspired his passion for teaching. Mr. Kaye then returned to Bath Spa University to complete his PGCE in 2010 before accepting his first full-time teaching post at a primary school in the Bath area. After spending 3 ½ years teaching in the UK, Mr. Kaye moved to Thailand to work internationally.
