Ms McClymont graduated from City University London with a degree in Sociology and Media Studies before completing her PGCE at the Institute of Education, University of London. Throughout her career, she has taught across a range of educational settings, developing particular expertise in literacy, English language learning and curriculum development. In addition to her classroom experience, Ms McClymont has led curriculum initiatives and worked closely with colleagues to strengthen teaching and learning. 

Having worked with diverse communities both in the UK and internationally, Ms McClymont is passionate about creating inclusive learning environments where every child feels valued, supported and challenged to achieve their potential. She believes in nurturing confidence, curiosity and a sense of belonging, while ensuring that wellbeing remains at the heart of the educational experience.
