“I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported with purpose and compassion. Every child brings their own strengths, perspectives, and possibilities to learning, and it is our responsibility as educators to recognise and nurture each student. Being part of Wellington has reinforced my belief in the importance of kindness, collaboration, and a genuine sense of belonging. It is a privilege to contribute to a community where every student is supported, encouraged, and given the opportunity to flourish.”
