Paul McCraw joined Wellington in August 2022, having previously taught at a leading independent school in the UK, where he was Master in Charge of Cricket and Head of Humanities. Presently, Paul is the Head of Humanities here at Wellington Bangkok. Paul graduated from Edinburgh University in 2004 with a degree in Economic History and later gained his PGCE at Aberdeen University. He has considerable international experience having taught in China, Malaysia, and the United States. “I am extremely proud to be part of the Wellington family of schools, who are renowned for being at the forefront of innovation in global education. Central to my teaching is inspiring students by promoting lively discussion and debate in lessons. I often look to use Harkness spaces to help students become confident, creative, independent learners".
