Miss Lynsie Monro has been working in education for 19 years. Her experiences to date include teaching and school leadership positions across a variety of settings and with a range of age groups. Her first role was as a Nursery Nurse in the UK which fuelled her interest and passion for helping children develop and realise their potential. During her time as an Assistant Principal at an academy in London, Lynsie supported colleagues in enhancing the Early Years provision, highlighting the importance of co-play and designing a curriculum that offered children the freedom to make choices, problem solve, pursue individual interests and develop their sense of self.
