Alexis Delaforce Fry joined the Early Years team at Wellington College Bangkok in August 2024. Ms Alexis graduated from Bournemouth University with a degree in Business Information Technology. After several years working outside of education, she realised that working with children was her true calling and went on to complete a PGCE at University of East London. 

Before joining Wellington, Ms Alexis worked in a variety of teaching roles across schools in London, gaining experience from Early Years through to Key Stage 2. She then embarked on her international teaching journey, first moving to Hong Kong and later to Thailand. Her broad experience across different age groups and educational settings enables her to bring a rich and well-rounded perspective to her work in Early Years.

I continually strive to develop positive relationships with both children and adults, developing a play-based environment in which children will be eager to return to each day to continue their learning journey.”
