Gill Elrick is the Deputy Head Academic of the Junior School here at Wellington Bangkok. Previously, she was the Deputy Head of Junior School at Dulwich College in Beijing. Mrs Elrick graduated from Liverpool John Moore’s University, UK in 1997 with a Bachelor's in Education. She spent the first four years of her career working in the northeast of England, before moving abroad. Over the last 22 years, she has worked in various international schools in Spain, Brunei, Taiwan, China and Thailand. She has held many leadership roles over the years, including Maths lead, English lead, Year lead, Assistant Head, Director of Studies, as well as Deputy Head in both Wellington College Tianjin and Dulwich College Beijing. “I am passionate about developing and delivering a curriculum that is creative, engaging and meaningful to students; one that encourages curiosity about the world around them, where they can collaborate to solve real world problems. An excellent curriculum is one that prepares students to be confident global citizens who can make an impact in some way, and I am thrilled to work alongside such a talented team who make this happen at WCIB
