Matthew Miller will join Wellington College Bangkok in August 2026 as Director of Sport. He currently serves as Director of Community, Co-Curricular Activities and Sport at Amity International School Abu Dhabi, where he has led the strategic development of sport and physical wellbeing, increasing participation, strengthening competitive performance and enhancing the school’s wider sport and co-curricular provision.
Prior to this, Matthew worked at Brentwood School in the UK as Head of Boys’ Games and Head of Football, leading successful sports programmes and developing strong participation and performance pathways.
Matthew is passionate about creating sporting experiences that allow all students to engage, improve and thrive regardless of ability level. His work has focused on promoting lifelong physical activity, wellbeing and performance sport through curriculum innovation, athletic development and elite pathways.
