All of our students have access to incredible learning environments, passionate, highly experienced teachers and the resources and support of the Wellington network of schools.  Academic scholarships are open to students in Year 9 and above.  If you are considering an application, please consider:

  • Your education to date – which schools have you attended and where?
  • What have you excelled in?
  • What have you done so far to develop your interests and passions?
  • Why are you interested in a scholarship?
  • What is unique about you?
  • What can you bring to Wellington and what do you hope to gain from this?
  • Any other factors that you think relevant.

Successful applicants will gain access to dedicated scholars sessions, and will be expected to be leaders within the community. 

The Application Process

  1. Submit your scholarship application and supporting documents.
  2. Attend a school tour, assessments, and interviews if required.
  3. Shortlisted candidates attend the final Assessment Day (see dates below).

External applicants should complete an online application via the website. Required materials include:

  • One-page scholarship application letter addressed to The Master
  • Recent school reports
  • Referee details from current school and/or coach
  • Required identification documents
  • Payment of the THB 6,000 application fee
  • Supporting documents such as certificates, portfolio, and video recordings may also be submitted online as appropriate

Applications for Academic and Music Scholarships close on 1 January 2027. The Scholarship Assessment Day will take place on Friday 29 January 2027.
