Our Line Official Account - which parents join when their child starts in school - is used for urgent communication with our community, and the school utilises emails for general updates and information, including via the weekly Newsletter. A much broader Parent Portal - InWellington - exists for parents to quickly and easily access a wide range of useful pieces of information and forms for completion. This includes:

  • Access to student timetables, reports, and contact information for teaching staff
  • A range of useful information and documents that support day-to-day life at the school (school bus information, uniform guides, school policies, canteen menus, and much more)
  • Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) bookings
  • Wellington Extra (WEx) bookings
  • Submission of absence requests and withdrawal documents
  • Various other event and ticket bookings
  • Direct access to email and communications from the school without needing to access email accounts
  • And much more!

InWellington is available as both a web portal and dedicated mobile phone application and all parents are encouraged to access the application where possible.
