Ms Natalie Alexander joined the Nursery team at Wellington College Bangkok in August 2025. She is originally from a small coastal town in Wales and has been teaching internationally across Asia and Europe for the past thirteen years. Her career began in Shanghai, China, where she taught in an international school, before continuing in Laos and Malaysia, and most recently in Bulgaria. 

Throughout her career, Ms Nathalie has taught and led teams across Primary schools, with a particular passion for Early Years education. She holds qualified teaching status in the United Kingdom and pursued a CertTESOL qualification which has strengthened her ability to tailor instruction for EAL learners. She graduated from the University of South Wales with a BA in Performance and Media and enjoys incorporating drama as a powerful tool for teaching and learning. 

In her classroom, Ms Nathalie delights in sharing songs and stories with the children and enjoys creating engaging hooks that spark curiosity and imagination. She is committed to building a safe, trusting, and joyful environment where children can explore their own interests. In her free time, she enjoys attending plays and performances, which further inspire her creative approach to teaching.

I believe it is important that children are inspired and feel empowered to become not only wonderful students, but wonderful people who can consider their impact on the wider community and contribute to the world in a positive manner. I am excited to continue my journey in Wellington and create the very best opportunities for our children to learn and grow.”
